How should two rescuers divide the tasks when performing CPR on an adult?

One starts chest compressions while the other calls 112 and fetches an AED. If rescue breaths are given, the adult ratio remains 30:2. Swap when tired with the shortest possible interruption to compressions, and follow the AED's instructions.
Please note
This is adult CPR; having two rescuers does not in itself change the ratio to 15:2.
A simple explanation
Divide the tasks between you so that calling for help and finding an AED do not delay compressions. The second rescuer can attach the AED pads while the first gives chest compressions; do not touch the person during analysis or shock delivery.
One gives CPR, the other calls for help and gets an AED.
