No. An ATP certificate confirms the compliance of special transport equipment; the consignment's temperature requirements and compliance with them must be checked separately.

A simple explanation
Before the journey, check the certificate's validity and whether it relates to the equipment being used. The cargo's temperature requirements and monitoring procedure must also be clear. An equipment document does not replace transport and cargo documents.
The certificate concerns the equipment; temperature concerns the consignment.
