In a safe place, assess the stability of the entire load and restore the securing according to the planned arrangement without damaging the sacks. Do not assume the original tension remains.

If the load is already unstable, stay out of the area where it could fall; a safe plan is needed to put it right.
A simple explanation
When a load settles, the downward securing force may decrease. Force-distributing equipment must protect the packaging; check the system regularly, not just one ratchet.
