Call 112 and turn on speakerphone. Give 30 chest compressions and 2 rescue breaths if you know how and are able to give them; otherwise, give compressions. Compress at 100–120 times per minute to a depth of 5–6 cm, allowing the chest to recoil. Use an AED and follow its instructions.

A simple explanation
Give compressions in the centre of the chest and minimise interruptions. If you are not giving rescue breaths, continue compressions; pause briefly when instructed by the AED. The emergency call operator can guide your actions over speakerphone.
