No. Crew members are prohibited from opening dangerous-goods packages; smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited near and inside the vehicle during loading and unloading.

A simple explanation
An unclear package or missing information must be dealt with through the responsible people, not by opening it. Follow the established safety conditions at the loading site and do not create an additional ignition hazard.
