Change the work arrangement: raise the pickup point to a suitable height, arrange the task to avoid unnecessary twisting and use suitable lifting or handling equipment. Good lifting technique alone may not be enough.

A trolley, lift or different loading layout can reduce repetitive manual work. Equipment must be selected and used by suitably trained people for the conditions of the task.

For an instructor and a small group: choose one C/CE freight transport topic in the Lithuania and EU context. Use your own devices, including a phone and a computer.
