A simple explanation
The fact that you are not loading or driving at that moment does not establish that this mode applies. If you must remain at your workstation ready to work and the waiting time for loading is unknown, the wait counts as working time. Availability is not in itself a break or rest.

For an instructor and a small group: choose one C/CE freight transport topic in the Lithuania and EU context. Use your own devices, including a phone and a computer.
