LC states the lashing capacity, and STF the standard tension force. They are different quantities; do not use a cut strap even if its label is readable.

The figures are only an example for reading a label. They do not tell you how many tonnes can be safely secured with one strap.
A simple explanation
LC matters for direct restraint, whereas top-over lashing relies on friction created by tension, so STF is assessed. Also check stitching, the ratchet, hooks and securing points.
