No. Regular weekly rest must be taken in suitable accommodation with sleeping and sanitary facilities; the employer pays the accommodation costs for an employed driver.

The cab prohibition also applies to a self-employed driver, who covers their own costs.
A simple explanation
A bunk in the cab does not satisfy this requirement. The prohibition also covers weekly rest of more than 45 hours taken to compensate for previous reduced rests. Different conditions apply to daily and reduced weekly rest in a stationary vehicle.
Regular weekly rest belongs outside the cab.
